What people ask before rolling it out

Can we try it ourselves first?

The Platform has no self-service trial: it is configured for your workflow together with our team. Instead we demo the system on your own processes and run the numbers with you. The cloud-based Start does have a trial — two weeks free.

Does the system build courier routes?

The system assigns orders to zones and couriers based on schedules and workload — that part is built in. Optimising the actual sequence of stops is done through integration with external routing services; those are paid for separately and directly to the provider.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The system and the pickup point app keep working through connectivity outages and sync once the network is back. Receiving and handovers don't stop because a link went down.

Is MEASOFT a fit for 30-minute food delivery?

No. The system is built around scheduled parcel logistics with a full financial cycle: cash on delivery, cash handover, settlements. For real-time restaurant dispatch, specialised tools are a better fit.
