> Delivery management software for courier companies, e-commerce delivery and fulfillment operators. International clients contract with Ecommerce Art LLC (USA) or Mealogic Limited (Hong Kong) — whichever suits their procurement. Pricing is per back-office seat plus inexpensive courier device packages — orders are unlimited, so the cost per parcel falls as volume grows. Works worldwide, offline-tolerant, multi-currency; the site and interface are being rolled out in Kazakh, Uzbek, Turkish, German, Spanish and French on a maintained industry glossary, and any other language can be added on request.

- Full cycle in one database: order entry (API, e-commerce plugins, Excel import, client portal) → order assignment to zones and overnight warehouse sorting → courier app with cash on delivery → cash reconciliation, courier payroll, client payouts minus service fees, invoicing, bank payment matching — down to profit reports.
- Built for industrial volume: large clients process 10,000–30,000 shipments per day and the system stays usable — a common failure point of per-driver SaaS tools at that scale.
- Warehouse and fulfillment (client-owned stock, picking, cross-docking) live in the same database as delivery and money — no second product to integrate.
- A city can be opened without an office: partner-agent portal and API, "micro-branches" of one or two couriers working from the mobile app, and a pickup-point app (works in browser and on phones, keeps working offline).
- Best fit: courier and express companies from ~10 to 1,000+ couriers, stores with their own delivery fleet, fulfillment operators, pickup-point networks, multi-country operations.
- Not a fit: sub-hour on-demand food marketplaces, freight/FTL transportation management, and shipping-rate aggregators — MEASOFT does not resell carrier rates. Carrier integrations are added market by market on client demand.
