Same-day city delivery

The task
Thousands of orders a day from online stores, evening cut-off with next-day delivery, cash on delivery, dozens to hundreds of couriers on the road.
The setup
Stores create orders in the client portal or via API. In the evening the system assigns orders to zones and couriers; overnight the warehouse sorts them by destination. In the morning couriers get their stops in the app and take payments with an on-the-spot receipt; in the evening they turn in the cash — the system reconciles it against orders, calculates courier payroll and credits each store with the collected amount minus service fees.
The outcome
The dispatcher handles exceptions instead of assigning orders by hand. Courier cash balances daily and clients see statuses without calling. The same couriers cover more stops per shift, so the company delivers more without hiring; and because the bill for the system doesn't grow with volume, the extra turnover in peak season stays as profit. Large clients run this at 10–30 thousand shipments a day.

A store's in-house delivery

The task
The store delivers with its own couriers in its home city and hands other regions to contractors. It needs one screen for all deliveries.
The setup
Orders arrive from the store's platform automatically. City orders go to in-house drivers via the app; regional ones go to contractors via integrations. All carrier statuses converge in one dashboard, and the buyer gets tracking and notifications.
The outcome
The delivery team works in one system instead of a portal per carrier. The delivery margin stays with the store instead of going to a contractor; notifications and recipient-chosen time slots cut refusals, and partial acceptance with automatic recalculation turns what used to be full returns into paid orders.

Warehousing + delivery as a service

The task
Store goods for dozens of shops, pick orders and deliver — with transparent stock and per-client settlements.
The setup
Third-party storage with per-store product catalogs, order picking, delivery by in-house couriers or contractors. Billing covers storage, operations and delivery at each client's rates.
The outcome
Warehouse, delivery and money in one database: each client sees their stock in the portal and invoices are generated automatically. Every operation — receiving, storage, picking — lands on the invoice at that client's rates, so work that used to go uncounted becomes revenue, and you can take on new clients without growing the accounting team.

Delivery across several countries

The task
Branches in several countries, line-haul between them, settlements in different currencies.
The setup
Multi-branch: each branch works with its own rates and currency, line-haul lanes connect the branches, and inter-branch accounting consolidates the money. One system across multiple countries.
The outcome
One system for the whole network instead of separate software in each country. A new city starts earning without opening an office — as a partner agent with a portal and API, or as a micro-branch of one or two couriers — while line-haul lanes between branches are sold as a separate service.

Pickup points

The task
Receive carrier shipments, store them, hand them to recipients, take payments and returns — across dozens of locations.
The setup
The pickup point app runs on a smartphone: barcode receiving, handout, cash on delivery, returns, carrier settlements. Keeps working through connection outages.
The outcome
A point opens without a computer or training: a smartphone, an account and a shelf. The low barrier lets the network grow faster, and every new point starts earning carrier fees immediately; when connectivity drops, handovers continue — and so does the income from them.

Delivery as an in-house department

The task
The company runs its own document or goods delivery: pharmacies, labs, banks, service teams. It needs control without maintaining an IT team.
The setup
Requests from departments come into a single register, orders are assigned to couriers automatically, couriers report through the app, and the manager sees output and the cost of every trip.
The outcome
Delivery stops being a black box: you see who went where and at what cost. Spare courier slots can be filled with outside orders — the in-house service turns from a cost line into a source of revenue, and internal departments are charged at a transparent rate.
